Georgia Tech has been recruiting Locust Grove (Ga.) 2014 defensive back Cortez McDowell for some time and he is not a stranger to the Flats. McDowell has been to plenty of games and events at Georgia Tech, but he had one of his best experiences at Tech this past weekend during the Jackets' Elite Junior Day.
